Refunds
We offer a 21-day return from date of purchase on all products ordered from www.minttradition.com. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and accompanied with receipt, original packaging, and a RA#. Any item deemed worn, altered or damaged will not be eligible for refund. Any item deemed defective after inspection will be replaced and shipped back to the original address. To obtain an RA#, please contact us at info@minttradition.com. Return items must be shipped out immediately so that we receive them within 2 weeks of opening the RA#. Mint Tradition reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above standards at our sole discretion.

Shipping
We use multiple order shipping methods at Mint Tradition. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of placing your order before being shipped. Due to high demand, some items may be backordered or delayed. We will notify you if this delay is anticipated. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information so please be diligent when filling out shipping information.
